The Challenge
A 200-bed specialist hospital required the urgent go-live of an alternative electronic records management capability within an existing and evolving healthcare systems environment. The implementation had to be delivered within a highly compressed timeframe, while maintaining operational continuity, supporting integration with surrounding systems, and avoiding unnecessary recapture of information. Additional complexity arose because surrounding systems and infrastructure were still changing during project execution, creating technical challenges, inconsistent source conditions, and the need for careful phased prioritisation.
The Solution

The Results
ISH+ was successfully taken live in a complex specialist hospital environment, achieving an important milestone in a time-sensitive digital health deployment. The environment has since stabilised and is delivering the expected outcome, while also creating a solid foundation for future phases of digitisation.
